Customers must obtain authorization prior to returning any merchandise. General Cage will examine the authorized returns to determine whether or not credit will be given. The customer will be notified in writing the amount of credit. Credit will not be granted for any items that have been altered, misused, damaged or price tagged. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
