You can order just the right system for your size yard. The dog fences listed below are the most popular and include enough wire and flags to cover yards from 1/3 to 5 acres in size. If your yard is larger than 5 acres, all you need is more wire and flags. This system is capable of enclosing up to 25 acres. Boundary flags are used to establish a visual boundary for your pet during training. After about 30 days, you will be able to remove the flags.

A common misconception about "Underground Fencing" is that is needs to be buried "Underground". This unfortunate but understandable misconception often scares many people away from enjoying the freedom that these fences provide both you and your pet. There is no need to spend a weekend burying the wire underground, or paying some one hundreds of dollars to bury the boundary wire when it can be installed above ground in only a matter of an hour or two.
Using wire pegs you can "Staple" the wire to the ground. Within a matter of 7 - 14 days the root system of your lawn will grow over the wire and hide it completely from view, essentially "Burying" it into the lawn. Not only does this make the installation of your new pet containment systems hassle free, it also eliminates any potential loss of signal that may result from burying the boundary wire under several inches of dirt, not to mention the backaches and blisters it will save you.

Note: When doing any of the "Double Loop" installations, the wires must be separated by at least three feet. A Double Loop is necessary only when enclosing less than all four sides of the property. This is required in these situations so the wire can make a continuous loop.

How The Radio Fence Works:
The Transmitter plugs into a standard outlet and emits a radio signal that travels along an underground wire. You can adjust the signal to up to 15 feet from the wire. In most cases, a 4-6 foot signal field will be the best for optimal training. The lightweight receiver worn on your pet's collar picks up the radio signal and alerts him as he nears the underground boundary that you have customized for your yard. When he approaches the boundary, he receives a warning beep. If your dog does not return, he receives a static correction which is startling but not harmful. Our maintenance free design and ease of installation offers tremendous savings compared to conventional fencing and other systems of this type.
Radio Fence makes it easy to train your pet. By spending just 15 minutes a day working with your pet, he can be fully trained in a few days. You can train as many dogs as you want on the same system, as long as they are each wearing a receiver collar. Additional receivers are available if your have more than one dog.
